I know I haven't posted about this book in a while. Y'all it's been hitting close to home recently and I've been doing some serious reflection and trying to live a braver life. Today's #100daystobravechallenge is Please Play. As I have reached day 71 I feel a strong shift in my life. Maybe it's all the therapy, talking openly, time, this book but I feel better. I've spent a lot of time sad and in bed over the past few years. I'm ready to start playing in life again and being happy. I'm not sure what today will hold but I do hope it will be something fun and I hope the same for your Saturday.
